3D Printing

We have the ability to design and 3D print parts now from basic materials such as PLA in a variety of colours or ASA again in multiple colours. ASA can be used for more functional vehicle parts. We also have the ability to print in higher end materials such as Carbon Fibre infused Nylon or PPA-Carbon Fibre. These materials have much higher strength in compression, tension and are more resistant to heat and chemicals making them perfect for automotive uses. 

There are many uses for 3D printed parts both in the everyday life and in the automotive industry. Below are some of the items that we have designed and printed.

Our custom printed oil breather/catch tanks. These can come with any logo on the front or simply plain. These are printed from oil and UV resistant ASA which also has the ability to withstand the under bonnet temperatures.

Reducing elbows for a junior racing formula. Again these elbows were printed from ASA due to its oil and heat resistant properties.

Our exhaust and inlet port blank sets for closing off open ports on engines. Please ask for any specific requirements you may have where we dont list them on our website.

Custom clutch bearing spacer to go alongside a custom gearbox adaptor plate for using a Vauxhall engine in a KP starlet.
